In this DVD Rusty Sempsrott dives into the world of UnrealScript. He starts off with the very basics by going over getting set-up, variables, arrays, enumeration, structures, if statements, case statements, loops, functions, and classes. Once the basics are covered in detail, Rusty then demonstrates some practical uses of UnrealScript like creating custom Kismet functionality and creating a custom weapon class. You'll be able to create very different and unique results with only a small amount of new code to write, leaving you with more time to design and implement your ideas.

If you have never used UnrealScript you should be able to follow along and understand. Even if you are experienced using UnrealScript, you should pick up useful information throughout the DVD.

Rusty Sempsrott has worked in the video games industry for over 4 years, working on multiple titles including Blacksite: Area 51 and DC Universe Online. Rusty graduated from Full Sail University in 2006 with a Bachelors degree in Game Development.

In this DVD, Michael Pavlovich takes up where he left off on the ZBrush 4 Comprehensive Video. With the release of ZBrush 4 R2, R2b, and R3 comes many new amazing features and Michael explores them in detail. In this DVD, instructor Michael Pavlovich continues where he left off in part 2 to create UVs, Textures, and Rendering for the cowboy character. He starts off by UVing the low-poly mesh utilizing 3 programs: Headus UV, Autodesk Maya, and ZBrush UV Master. Once the UVs are complete, Michael then goes into xNormal to create the Normal Map, Ambient Occlusion Map, and capturing the Poly Paint for the Diffuse Map. He then takes the maps into Photoshop to clean them up and then uses Quixel's dDo plugin to create the final textures. Finally he takes the mesh and textures into Modo to create the final presentation renders.

In this final DVD of the series, you will have a number of solutions for quickly and easily created quality assets for your own custom character pipeline.
